I liked the way that they came to see me at my convenience and kept in contact right throughout the process - highly recommend them.

Mrs Trench, Oxfordshire

Nannies Matter understood my staffing crisis and worked with me to ensure that I was able to recruit a high-quality nanny to replace Debbie in a short space of time.

Mrs Rickson, Marlow, Buckinghamshire

A personable approach – the first nannies sent were not quite right for me but they persevered and came up with Sarah who is fitting in just fine.

Mrs E, Buckinghamshire

It was a relief not to have a vast number of CVs sent to me but the ones I received fitted my requirements.

Mrs Wright, Weybridge, Surrey

"Jo is fitting in really well. We found Nannies Matter extremely helpful and responsive. Your experience and the time you took to understand our requirements was also very reassuring. Thanks - we wouldn't hesitate to contact you again (a lot further down the line hopefully!)".

Mr E

The regular communication with the director made me feel that I had not been forgotten as I had in the past with other agencies. The fact that we had a face-to-face meeting with Elin meant that she had a feel of our quirky household so the applicants knew what they were coming to.

Mrs Louis, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

"Nannies Matter coming to see you at home provides them with the best insight into matching candidates with families. They were very efficient in providing candidates and organising interviews, even at short notice. They then followed up on candidates and interviews over a bank holiday weekend to help meet our urgent need for a new nanny. I will use Nannies Matter when we are next looking for a nanny and would highly recommend them to others."

"We were very impressed with your service in particular, the fact that you visited and did everything you could to help find someone at short notice was great."

Mrs Seer Green

You deal with just one person, a delight to use would contact them again if I need staff in the future.

Mrs Lewis, Guildford, Surrey

I have used agencies in the past and they have been okay but, with Nannies Matter, they took the time to take a full brief from me and presented some good candidates - one of whom I now employ.
