How We Recruit a Suitable Nanny for You
We review and recruit nannies for each family based on their specific and unique needs. It isn’t just a case of finding somebody who lives locally to you, but about somebody that meets your family’s requirements. If we don’t have anyone with the experience that you’re looking for, we can recruit specifically for your needs using our tried-and-tested channels.

Our Recruitment Process
After your initial meeting with one of our directors, our recruitment process begins by searching our registered nanny and housekeeper database for suitable candidates that match your requirements. If there is no-one that matches your needs on our database, we can recruit specifically for you using our trusted and reliable channels.
Our recruitment processes are carried out by our director. Other agencies have separate departments to carry out this function; however, we feel that a senior staff member should oversee the whole process from start to finish to ensure you are placed with the right nanny or housekeeper.
We carry out face-to-face interviews with potential candidates and look out for the following:
Good communication skills
If they demonstrate the qualities necessary to join us, we then seek out verbal references with previous employers - we strongly recommend that you also do this. All of our nannies, housekeepers and household staff will be subject to an enhanced DBS check before they are employed.
