How We Work
At Nannies Matter, we work hard to treat our customers differently compared to other agencies. Rather than simply looking to pair you with the first nanny that’s available, we believe in taking the time to get to know you and your family, so we can find the perfect fit for your needs and circumstances.
By taking the time to discuss your requirements and find you a domestic professional that’s suitable for your family, Nannies Matter is able to create strong, long-lasting relationships between you and your nanny, enhancing your family environment and making your life that little bit easier.
Read on to find out more about how the bespoke nanny finding service we offer at Nannies Matter can work for you. To find out more, get in touch today by calling 0800 121 4881, or fill in our contact form and we will get back to you.
Our process: a step-by-step guide
Step 1: Your initial enquiry
As soon as we have received your initial enquiry - whether you’ve called on the phone, followed up on a recommendation from a friend or contacted us via this website - we will get to work on finding the right nanny for you.
Step 2: Arranging a meeting with our director
We will organise a face-to-face meeting with our director, ideally in the home where you’d like the nanny or housekeeper to be working. This will provide us with a greater understanding of the working environment, allowing us to describe it to potential candidates and enhance our matching process.
Step 3: Discussing your requirements
We will hold an in-depth discussion with you to go over all of the requirements for the job, including your specific childcare and home maintenance needs, the personality type you are looking for and any other specific requests. The more information you can provide, the better the match will be!
Step 4: Selecting a suitable nanny for you
Once we’ve collected all this information, our director will get to work finding the perfect nanny for you. Unlike other agencies, our director will continue to work with you closely throughout the process to identify the right match, rather than passing your case on to other office staff who might not understand your requirements as clearly.
Step 5: Supporting you with additional advice
Even after we’ve selected your nanny, the support we provide doesn’t need to end. Thanks to our considerable experience within the sector, we can be on hand to answer any questions you might have, including topics such as employment terms, contracts, pay schedules or holidays. We are also able to point you in the direction of other specialist companies that might be able to help you, if necessary.
