Elin has been Operations Director at Nannies Matter for over ten years, and has played an important part in helping our agency to grow.

She started her career as a nurse in Liverpool, caring for patients in both hospital and community settings, before moving into the pharmaceutical industry. She spent several years working with leading companies in diabetes and oncology, where she developed a strong understanding of both healthcare and business.

She set up a successful nursing agency and ran a well-regarded housekeeping company while her children were growing up, which allowed her to keep building her career and spend more time with her family. 

What Elin enjoys most about her work at Nannies Matter is the lasting relationships the agency builds with families and nannies alike. Many families return to the agency as their circumstances change and their children grow, and many nannies come back when the children in their care are older and they're ready for a new role.

Outside work, Elin has loved horse riding all her life, and it's still her favourite way to spend her free time. She also enjoys walking and spending time with her grown-up daughters and friends.
