How We Work

Following an enquiry via recommendation from a friend or our website, we always ensure you have an initial meeting with our Director. Ideally this will take place at the location where the nanny will be working. This allows us to have a greater understanding of the working environment when describing it to potential candidates, and enhance our matching process.

During the initial meeting we would have an in-depth discussion based on your job requirements, the personality that suits your home and any other specific requests you may have – don't worry if this is the first time you have considered taking on staff we have a comprehensive checklist so nothing is overlooked.

Unlike other agencies our Director will work with you during the entire process – we won't pass you on to other office staff.

With the experience we have in this and other employment sectors we can also advise on matters of employment, contracts, frequency of pay and holidays or point you in the direction of other specialist companies that can help.
