Our Recruitment Process

After an initial meeting and any subsequent discussions with each client, we then begin the review process to recruit a suitable nanny.


The first step is to search through our registered staff database to match the requirements of the client with a suitable nanny. We don't put forward any candidates who may just live locally, and always ensure to match your brief to their experience.

If we are unable to find a suitable candidate, we can recruit specifically for your needs using various tried and tested channels to meet your requirements.

Both of these recruitment processes are carried out by our Director - other agencies will have a separate department to carry out this function, however we feel that a senior staff member should oversee the whole process from start to finish.

We always carry out face to face interviews with potential candidates and ask for for relevant experience, good communication skills, integrity, honesty, maturity and reliability. If they demonstrate the qualities necessary to join us, we then take up verbal references with previous employers.. We would strongly recommend that you also do this. Any staff member you would consider to employ will also have an enhanced CRB check.
